When is my credit card charged?

What do you consider my billing address?

Your billing address is the same address information on file with your credit card company. When entering this information during the checkout process it is important that you enter this information exactly as it appears on your credit card statement. Shipping

We Ships to Worldwide. Item will be shipped after the payment has been received within 48 hours (mostly same day).please note that items purchased on weekends and holidays are processed in the next working day. We ship from HK, and normally it takes about 7 to 14 days to receive. Tracking number will be provided if required.

Who will deliver my orders?

Items will be shipped by HKpost, USPS, UPS, POST, Royal Mail, EMS. We may use other carriers as necessary.

How long will it take for my item to reach me?

Please note that business days, excluding Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays, are calculated in terms of delivery period. In general, it takes about 7~14 business days for delivery.

What should I do if my shipment never arrives?
